Terms & Conditions

Welcome to In2mee. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the In2mee app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Who Operates In2mee & Contact

In2mee is operated by Night Tech LLC. If you have questions about these Terms, you can contact us at support@in2mee.com.

2. Eligibility & Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use In2mee. By using the app you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Description of Service

In2mee is a private logging and notification tool that lets you record intimate encounters, partners, ratings, and health information, and send anonymous in-app health-alert notices to other In2mee users. The service is personal and non-commercial in nature.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may permanently delete your account and all of your data at any time in Settings (Delete Account & All Data). This deletes your login account, cannot be undone, and signs you out.

5. Your Content & License

You retain ownership of all information you enter ("User Content"). You grant Night Tech LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your User Content back to you and to generate anonymous alerts as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content and for having any necessary consent to record information about other people.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use In2mee to harass, threaten, stalk, defame, or intimidate any person.
  • Send false, retaliatory, or malicious health alerts.
  • Attempt to access, view, or modify another user's data or circumvent access controls.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or disrupt the service or its security.
  • Use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.

    • 7. Anonymous Health Alerts

    Health alerts are designed to be anonymous and are intended only to encourage recipients to consider testing. Alerts are shown only inside the app, and only to recipients who have an In2mee account with a verified email address that matches the one you saved; recipients see the notice text and date, never who sent it. You are responsible for reporting genuine concerns truthfully and within accurate exposure windows. Night Tech LLC is not liable for how recipients interpret or act on alerts, or for the consequences of any alert.

    7A. Reporting, Blocking & Misuse

    In2mee is only for adults 18 and older. We do not tolerate abusive, harassing, false, retaliatory or malicious health alerts, or any use of alerts to intimidate or harm someone. If you receive a health alert, you can report it or block its sender from Health Alerts → Received. Blocking removes that sender's alerts from your Received list and stops further alerts from that sender to you, and the sender is not told. We review reports. Anyone, including people who do not use In2mee, can also report misuse of alerts, a suspected under-18 user or other violations of these Terms to support@in2mee.com. If we believe an account has misused alerts or otherwise violated these Terms, we may, at our discretion and without prior notice, remove content, limit or disable alert sending, and suspend or permanently terminate the account. Reports are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

    8. Not a Medical Service

    In2mee does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional counseling, and is not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare provider. Always consult a qualified professional for medical decisions. Reliance on the app for medical matters is at your sole risk.

    9. Privacy

    Our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Privacy Notice describe how we collect, use, and protect your data, including data isolation and your deletion rights. The Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Privacy Notice are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

    10. Intellectual Property

    The app, its branding, design, and software are owned by Night Tech LLC and its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app except as permitted by law.

    11. Third-Party Links & Services

    The app may link to external resources such as testing locators. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites or services.

    12. Service Availability

    We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Features may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued with reasonable notice, and we may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

    13. Disclaimers

    The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be secure, accurate, or that your data will never be lost or compromised.

    14. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Night Tech LLC and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, privacy, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Where mandatory consumer rights apply, nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

    15. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold Night Tech LLC harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your misuse of the service.

    16. Account Termination

    You may permanently delete your account at any time in Settings (Delete Account & All Data), which deletes your login account and all of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the service and other users.

    17. Changes to These Terms

    We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above; material changes will be highlighted in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

    18. Governing Law & Disputes

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Night Tech LLC operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We will seek to resolve disputes informally where possible.

    19. Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
